RUDE Nails are a highly talented client that want a logo created for their nail business. The logo should be bold, visually pleasing, and eye-catching. The outcome of the logo creation is to stand out amongst other Nail technicians, yet still be approachable to clients who prefer an experience that is more candid, yet premium.
The final logo became the shape of a butterfly, with a hand drawn type lockup. The reasoning behind this is that a lot of nail technicians lean heavily into the use of nails or polish within their logos and assets and I feel that's too generic for what RUDE is as a company. We wanted this to still have an appealing look, while still being against the grain without turning potential clients away.
THE OUTCOME
The client was very pleased with the final logo, so much so that it became a permanent piece on her!
